Job Description:

The ideal candidate will develop and implement new business opportunities through a variety of development strategies. The goal of the Business Development Representative is to identify business needs and form relationships with prospective customers.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 a year

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed set monthly opportunity generation goals

• Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships

• Responsible for updating management the status of accounts

• Execute outreach strategies, research and qualify customers while identifying expansion opportunities 

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while being highly collaborative.
• Research and build new and existing accounts by understanding the clients' needs
• Develop new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

• High School diploma and at least two years experience
• Ability to work on multiple, complex issues simultaneously
• Adapt quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization, and continue to show improvements
• Profound integrity and impeccable work ethic
• Ability to manage expectations and overcome objections
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
