Canyon Ranch is looking for a Dining Room Assistant Manager (temporary) - Full Time at our Lenox, MA location.
The Dining Room Assistant Manager (Temporary) is primarily responsible for exhibiting, promoting, maintaining, observing and communicating guest service standards and practices for the dining areas in all food and beverage outlets. You will also assist in the trainings for host/hostess, servers and bussers for all outlets.
Experience: 3 - 5 years work experience in related field is required (2 years of management in related field is preferred)
1 - 2 years hospitality experience (hotel, resort or destination spa) is preferred
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Certifications: Serve Safe Manager Certification is required
