National Carpet was established in 1981. In 1985, National Carpet then became a part of the Carpet One Floor & Home cooperative. The Fort Lowell showroom was the first of many Carpet One showrooms to come. After the Fort Lowell showroom proved successful, showrooms in Green Valley and Oro Valley were opened, with the most recent showroom opening on River Rd in Tucson.

National Carpet is looking for an Accounts Receivable member to join our team. As part of our team, you will have your own work space, social distancing, and safe work environment.

Expectations as our Accounts Receivable Team Member:

• Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8 – 4pm
• Preparing, recording, verifying, analyzing and reporting A/R transactions
• Verifying accurate invoices and processing
• Posting transactions to receivable ledger accounts
• Reconciling daily sales reports for 5 showrooms
• Making remote deposits into bank
• Processing customer payments from third party financing
• Managing spreadsheets for daily sales of all 5 stores
• Processing web based payments through third parties

Qualifications as our Accounts Receivable Team Member:

• 2yrs plus A/R experience
• Word, Excel and outlook
• AA or BS/BA in Accounting a plus
• RFMS a plus
• Prioritize multiple projects
• Sales tax reporting knowledge of multiple cities rates and rules for retail and labor
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other company policies and procedures
• Participate in training
• Strong computer skills
• Willing to learn our operating system
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professionalism, dependability, accountability, and punctuality
• Time management
