Description
The Account Manager is responsible for the digital health and operations of campaigns on display, video, social and native
channels. This individual is the point-person for external communication of RFPs, campaign goals, objectives and performance
with Coegi’s existing clients. He/she also manages campaign workflow in conjunction with the Specialist Teams and Data / Technology department.
DUTIES
Monitors activation and pacing of a campaign portfolio across all programmatic and social platforms
Reviews status and performance of campaigns with the client on a regular basis
Responds to RFPs of current clients with best-in-class proposals
Responds to client emails and phone calls within one business day
Actively participates in training across multiple platforms
Provides expertise and research to the Client Strategists on new business calls and client presentations
Promotes the external marketing of Coegi by developing timely blogs, white papers and case studies
Assist in training of new employees, in conjunction with Management
Requirements
Must have experience with real-time marketing, utilizing one or more of the following platforms: The Trade Desk, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads or LinkedIn Ads
Must be a self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing
Must have familiarity and experience with trafficking 3rd party creative tags, implementing tracking pixels
Must have familiarity and experience with both direct-response and brand marketing digital campaigns
Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized and analytical
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Superior skills with computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and Google Resources
Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects and deadlines
Bachelor's degree; concentration in marketing, statistics, business or advertising preferred, or equivalent professional experience
At least one year of experience, preferably within an agency environment, with day-to-day digital campaign management, programmatic bidding and social advertising experience
