ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, North America for Contentful, you will have the challenge and opportunity to strategize, build and deliver a winning customer marketing program that builds on the successes of our customers to enhance our brand and competitiveness in the market, as well as the brands of our customers.
The successful candidate will help us tailor our strategy for the North American market, as well as develop processes, and activities that provide a program that drives value to both our customers, and to our business. Outcomes for us include a reliable, high-value supply of reference-able customer stories, testimonials, speakers and narratives, for use in marketing, PR, and sales enablement. Partnering with marketing communications, customer success, sales and field marketing, they will work to transform valuable customer milestones and points of view into strong narratives and relationships, ultimately driving retention, advocacy, and growth.
