HACKERONE Customer Success Team Leader Salary in the United States

HackerOne is hiring a Customer Success Team Leader who will be responsible for providing quality service to customers and hackers through the daily management of a team of employees to include hiring, motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem-solving. As part of the management group, Team Leaders are focused on improving customer, hacker and their team experience, creating engagement and facilitating organic growth. You will be responsible for taking ownership of issues, escalations and following problems through to resolution; and you will support the team by setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused on that mission. The Team Leader has team-wide account portfolio-level responsibility (providing guidance, direction and execution support on direct report accounts), as well as individual account performance responsibility.
