What You’ll Do:

 

We are looking for a passionate, customer-centric marketer to help HG Insights continue its rapid growth. In this role, you will develop and deliver campaigns that will drive customer engagement and help expand a loyal base of happy and successful customers. You will work closely with customer success, product, and marketing at HG Insights to help both customers and end-users of our products be successful through their lifecycle. The successful candidate will be capable of leveraging insights and data to inform marketing plans and comfortable working across multiple-marketing channels including email, video and in-product communications to build customer growth and loyalty.

 

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Build a deep understanding of our customers including their challenges and success stories to help inform marketing engagement campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Drive customer growth and retention through creating and executing marketing programs around product use cases, features, customer success, and thought leadership.
  • Drive product adoption and usage through email, in-product, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Partner closely with product and customer success teams to develop new levers, tools, and tests that drive customer growth and product adoption.
  • Track performance of key metrics, tests, and campaigns to drive constant improvement and report to the leadership team.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ Years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Experience in SaaS B2B marketing
  • Experience in customer, user or integrated marketing 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and Groove platforms
  • Demonstrated success developing marketing campaigns
  • An analytical approach and great problem-solving abilities
  • Experience developing customer insights through quantitative and qualitative sources
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced culture, with the ability to learn quickly, think creatively and stay focused and organized while managing multiple priorities
