Make outbound calls and take inbound calls, skip tracing, ability to follow scripts and adjust as needed, adherence to policy and procedures, able to achieve monthly goals assigned, available to adjust schedule when needed, team player.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish Language)
• Collections experience. Commercial collections experience is a plus but not required.
• Superior communication skills and a proven track record in collections.
• Collector must own strong math skills, a solid understanding of how to use computer software used to assist with collections. 
• Along with those qualities, collectors should be organized, flexible, analytical and resilient when trying to resolve the debt.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
