We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in a key role for the success of our business. Our ideal candidate prides themselves on sharing the value of creativity in business and managing logistics in a fast-paced environment. The role demands an attention to detail, an interest in working with a small team, and implementation of a client service philosophy that sets ImageThink apart. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has a passion for client relationships; a positive outgoing personality, excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to multi-task are important attributes for this position.

The Account Manager will manage multiple simultaneous projects, while developing major client engagements. This role will help educate prospective clients with our wide range of services and guide them through a project from start to finish. From ensuring the projects are staffed properly, to setting the expectations on the day of the job, this role is the main touch point through the entire project process.

Responsibilities:

Project Set-Up

  • Work with contracted clients to identify project requirements and set expectation of the ImageThink experience
    • Manage the overall customer relationship, have full understanding of client needs
    • Align client needs and expectations with the appropriate phase of the ImageThink Method
    • Identify resource needs and assign internal team to ensure all jobs are covered with appropriately
    • When internal resources are not available, identify and assign appropriate contract resources from approved contractor list

Project Management

  • Manage multiple client engagements concurrently (up to 25 per month)
    • Communicate logistics to clients in a timely manner
    • Work with travel agent to arrange all team travel requirements
    • Create project logistic document for staffed employees
    • Order supplies and ensure all are delivered onsite in a time manner
    • Maintain client contact via email and phone throughout to ensure a high level of satisfaction

Project Closure

  • Contact client to ensure all requirements were met and collect both formal and informal feedback on the staff and quality of deliverables
    • Upload project assets for client access
    • Close project in CRM software
    • Work with Finance to prepare final invoices, ensuring all job costs are accounted for

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience, with direct client contact as a core role requirement
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and working closely with clients and creative talent
  • Interpersonal skills with consistent demonstration of diplomacy, decisiveness, and problem solving
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
