Description

 The Floor Leader supervises, fills out the manning schedules and should know how to perform the following jobs:

1. Tomato Unloading Operator

2. Sanitation/Clean-Up

3. Prep-Panel Operator

4. Sorter

Requirements

B Before the shift begins, check with the previous Floor leader to determine the plant status

(review log book, reprocessing, quality problems, manning, and any safety issues).

C. Check with the Supervisor to verify plant status.

D. Keep an up-to-date schedule of employees' working shift, days off in Floor leader binder

and manning sheets.

E. Make sure that the correct number of employees is in each department.

F. Check with a Supervisor before initiating employee changes.

G. Know the plant safety procedures and make sure they are followed throughout the plant.

H. Orientation and training must be completed before any employee starts work.

I. Insure all job descriptions and expectations are given for employees being transferred

during season and insure physical requirements are attached to expectations.

J. Training at Ingomar will be ongoing.
