Job Description:

Your role is critical to stabilizing and scaling our rapidly growing direct to consumer e-commerce business. You are detail-oriented, obsess over our member experience and support the execution of key strategic processes.

We’re looking for someone who has a vast skill-set but a dedicated passion for excellence. This position plays a heavy role both internally and externally. Internally, you will report into our Operations Manager, leading supply chain, order management and logistics for mail order programs. Externally, you will collaborate with our pharmacy to ensure we’re consistently delivering the best experience for our members.

What You’ll Do: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

• Build tools and processes to micromanage initial and recurring orders throughout the order life cycle
• Ensure all prescriptions and refills are completed and that they make their way through the pharmacy in a timely manner
• Host weekly calls with our pharmacy to review performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity
• Manage shipments and identify any risks to mitigate late deliveries
• Uphold sufficient levels of packaging materials
• Support your manager in daily and weekly reporting to manage performance and expenses

Requirements:

• You have 1-3 years of work experience supporting a rapidly growing organization
• You are data driven and can build and analyze large data sets to inform decision making
• You are detail oriented, organized and approach problems methodically, always solution driven
• You are a proactive self starter and a natural multi-tasker
• You have strong communication skills, verbal and written
• You are never satisfied with the status quo – you stop at nothing to deliver unparalleled service
• You are resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
