K Health is seeking Director of Operations to stabilize & scale our core business operations while building out new verticals as well. This individual is not just a key member of management team, this role serves to develop teams, build processes & invest in tools in order to enable the company to scale effectively.

In this role, you’ll need to wear many hats and consistently pivot from managing the day-to-day to thinking strategically. You’ll directly manage our Customer Experience, Pharmacy Operations and Practice Administration departments and will need to deeply collaborate cross-functionally, namely with Medical, Product and Marketing. It will be imperative for this individual to intimately understand our users, our clinical processes and company initiatives in effort to support the development and success of our roadmap and ultimately, our financial plan.

The ideal candidate is an innate problem solver, people-focused manager and serves as a cross-departmental liaison. This person thrives in complex and fast-paced environments and can effortlessly pivot from strategy to execution to people management & development, on what will be a global scale.

Core responsibilities:

  • Build and maximize processes that meet business objectives & maximize efficiency
  • Grow, develop and manage several departments while preparing for global expansion
  • Lead the maturation of our pharmacy operation – strategically and tactically
  • Ensure solid processes and KPI’s are put into place to drive accountable execution
  • Serve as program org lead across our primary care verticals, digital and in-person
  • Embody our core values and add to our culture
