Responsibilities

• Retrieve and file all AP Invoices, EFT Statements, and Credit Memos from Suppliers
• Confirm purchases within Route Accounting System to ensure billing and inventory accuracy
• Alert Accounts of new items, price changes, promotions
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies
• Compile monthly billback reports and submit to the accounting department
• Assist both warehouse locations with inventory discrepancies to determine where and how the issue occurred
• Import Forecast Report for the Operations Manager
• Price Producer Index Submission
• Non-Alc Supplier Promotional Planner
• Red Bull Sales Calendar
• TABC Report
• Assist Sales Manager with financial break-down reports for optimal GP and GM outcomes

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or beverage industry
• Associates or Bachelor level degree in the accounting, finance, operations management, or related business subject matter or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills
• Experience with performing physical inventory and cycle counts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
