The Role
Lark is looking for an Account Manager with experience managing relationships with large Health Plans and Employers. The Account Manager should be flexible enough to multitask and balance the business priorities at Lark with the Partner’s contractual requirements and additional requests to ensure a positive experience for the Partner. In addition to supporting the day-to-day Partner relationships, this position will provide sales support, including leading presentations to potential client groups.
What You’ll Do
● Present the Lark solution/demo to potential client groups, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) by representing Lark and answering questions with confidence to grow the Partner, client population’s adoption of Lark
● Communicating with Partners and client groups to ensure their needs are understood and met, including communicating appropriate timelines
● Build strong relationships to maintain current partnerships
● Collaborate with various internal Lark teams to ensure partner/client contractual requirements are met
What You’ll Need
● Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
● Presentation presence and skills are a must
● Experience in the health-tech industry serving Health Plans
● Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
● Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
● Strong organizational skills
● Experience using technology for remote work, such as multiple video conferencing tools to manage meetings and presentations
Credentials & Experience:
● 4+ year college degree, or equivalent work experience
● 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C Account Management/Customer Success experience in the healthcare industry, preferably experience at a health- technology, SaaS based company
