 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Technical and Business Recruiter who can accelerate our recruiting for highly specialized software engineering and business roles in a fast-paced work environment. The recruiter will support Lark key 2020 workforce plans by optimizing and establishing best practices with effective hiring strategies, processes and programs to ensure top talent acquisition at Lark. The full lifecycle recruiter is also accountable for building effective relationships with Lark business leaders at all levels, including the executive team.

Human Resources Consultant and Business Partner

Responsibilities

  • Manages the full lifecycle for technical and business recruitment for Lark
  • Continuously designs and implements an effective sourcing strategy partnering with hiring managers based on an understanding of the market and each specific role
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using proven techniques to find talent
  • Resume review, prescreening candidates and presenting short-list to hiring managers
  • Attends weekly candidate review meetings with executives
  • Working closely with hiring managers to ensure hiring plans are in Greenhouse prior to interviewing scheduling
  • Working closely with Staffing Coordinators for seamless interview scheduling
  • Conducts search campaigns for select positions
  • Ensures accurate tracking of all open req activity in Greenhouse
  • Promotes our employer brand online and offline
  • When required, manages the recruiting agency relationship
  • Collaborates with TA team and recommends process improvements
  • Participates in university and diversity career fairs as needed
  • Assists the Human Resource team on special projects on an ad hoc basis

Knowledge & Skills

  • Must have both technical and business full-cycle recruitment expertise
  • Recruitment experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies a MUST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask between job requisitions with attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to influence and sell candidates on the Lark opportunity
  • Excellent initiative to tasks and problem-solving skills
  • Effective working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner of processes and systems
  • Practiced awareness of own emotions and those of others to manage interactions successfully
  • Experience managing the candidate and manager experience with a high customer satisfaction rate
  • Demonstrated understanding of advanced recruiting techniques
  • Demonstrated passion for matching talent to critical roles at Lark

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a full life-cycle recruiter
  • Proven track record recruiting for both software technical and business positions
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) particularly Greenhouse
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
