What You Will Do:

MBuy, a division of Mediaocean, is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Chicago team.  The Account Manager works with clients from a variety of industries on the strategy and execution of their media campaigns. In addition to providing clients with day-to-day guidance on best practices across all media, the Account Manager works cross functionally with Data Science and Business Development at MBuy to ensure successful delivery of projects and campaigns. 

 

Tasks/Duties will include:

·       Identify and recommend relevant media opportunities for current clients both within budget as well as potential upsell opportunities

·       Assist in management of day to day communication with client point of contact and vendors as it relates to real time reporting on performance, recommendations, execution and reconciliation of media plans

·       Manage implementation of media management tools and software

·       Responsible for real-time campaign management, optimization and offline/online cross channel reporting

·       Maintain key performance metrics while ensuring accuracy in reporting and recommendations

·       Responsible for maximizing campaign budgets via efficient vendor negotiations

·       Project managing overall organization and workflow for assigned accounts

 

Who You Are:

 

·       2+ years of media experience across planning, buying and optimization

·       Excellent analytical, reporting and operational skills specifically related to media planning/buying

·       Project management skills, ability to establish and adhere to roles, responsibilities and actionable timelines for all deliverables

·       Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact with all levels of internal management, clients and team members

·       Experience working with major industry tools and channels: Programmatic platforms, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram, Google AdWords, YouTube, Video, Connected TV, Native, 3rd party ad servers, Microsoft Office suite

·       In-depth understanding of campaign tracking, pixel implementation, and creative trafficking

·       A self-starting leader who finds ways to continually advance and innovate MBuy’s media practice, formulate plans, achieve visions and inspire the team

·       Leads by example, can articulate the strategic vision for the client and can also assist the team in setting up and launching campaigns
