Billing Specialist

What you’ll be doing….   

• Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills; interacting with co-workers in accounting, sales, installation, customer service, warehousing, and external customers.
• Process complex billings involving proposal analysis, customer history research, equipment identification and inventory movements, as well as pulling daily mobile invoices.
• Understand various billing obligations from Big-Box Retail to AIA construction documents.
• Index, code, and process vendor invoices.
• Create purchase orders and receive purchases into inventory.

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Ability to research and ask appropriate questions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent typing and computer skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new computer systems and processes.
• Used to working an ever-changing, fast paced workload.  
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and to comprehend the scope of the job.
• Available to work over-time.  
• Skepticism: Questions outliers and enjoys researching.
