Passport and Visa Consultant

Overview:

Passport Health is seeking a motivated, sales and customer-oriented service professional with a keen eye for detail to contribute to the Passport and Visa sales team. The Passport and Visa Consultant will primarily be tasked with effectively communicating with customers regarding passport and visa services offered as well as selling services; processing passport and visa applications and maintaining internal client tracking to improve operational efficiency. The Consultant will report directly to the team Manager and will collaborate closely with Passport Health's Passport and Visa Consultants.

Passport and Visa Consultant Job Duties:

• Sell passport and visa processing services to customers utilizing exceptional customer service skills and consultative sales approach
• Review passport and visa materials for accuracy and completeness
• Stay up to date with various requirements and changes as communicated within the team
• Effectively manage daily workload including sales, reviewing, processing, customer communication and warm leads
• Effectively communicate with customers, internal partners and management
• Process visa applications online
• Use Adobe Photoshop to adjust materials to support online visa applications to meet foreign government guidelines
• Generate UPS labels for visa and passport shipping
• Use Passageware (internal company system) to invoice clients
• Maintain internal client tracking and document customer interactions appropriately
• Communicate with various couriers regarding visa applications that will be shipped to them
• Communicate visa and/or passport status to clients
• Immediately identify and report potential delays or service provision issues to management

Minimum Requirements:

• Attendance is a fundamental factor with a call center environment. Attendance, punctuality, and reliability is a requirement.
• High school diploma/GED
• Prior sales and customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers / co-workers at all times
• Experience working in fast-paced, goal oriented and team based environment
• Proficiency with Windows based applications (ability to navigate within multiple screens)
• Excellent track record of attendance and adherence to schedule

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) located in Passport Health’s corporate offices in North Scottsdale.
