About the Team:

Rally’s Fintech and Virtual Visits teams are reimagining the future of the healthcare delivery and consumer financial experience. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Director of Product, Fintech & Virtual Care and a team of Senior Product Managers to design your own small initiative that directly impacts consumer lives.

Your day to day:

• Work directly with Senior Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers to build and launch new experiences
• Work with stakeholders to determine long-term strategy and short-term tactics
• Work with XD to build engaging and accessible user experiences
• Work with engineering to ship new features and improvements

Your core responsibilities: 

• Ideate on new features & improvements
• Write design briefs to work with XD and turn idea into a prototype
• Write user stories to turn prototype into an initiative that can be built
• Work with Product Managers and Engineering managers to groom, size, and turn user stories into features

About you:

• Computer Science, Economics, Finance or Business major preferred, with an interest in engineering and technical architecture
• Demonstrated interest in the healthcare or payments landscape
