The Director of Real Estate Investment Sales and Residential Leasing oversees midsize market development and directs the firm & supports investments in sales force effectiveness as well as manages functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation administration, as well as recruiting and selection of sales force talent. The RW Rent Estate Sales Director is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of their Prime Market. Reporting to the RVP, the Sales Director fosters a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and operational success of the sales organization.
Schedule
Full Time | Monday through Friday and some weekend time to support advisors, as needed.
Compensation
$85,000/yr+ DOE, plus Performance Based Bonuses

Job Responsibilities
Pursue and execute sales initiatives to exceed key objectives at the direction of the Regional Vice President.
Recruit, hire, train and develop real estate licensed agents to deliver a “Best in Class” Customer Experience.
Implement and execute sales forecasting, planning, and prime market budgeting processes.
Provide leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to the Regional Vice President while implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflects business goals.
Dedicated to forging the development of a market-moving, emerging business model
Act as Liaison and key resource for Corporate Partners and Investors involved in initiatives to advance investment sales and portfolio growth.
Facilitate Business Development and Networking Opportunities with Realtors, Mortgage Bankers, Title Companies, Chambers, Associations, etc.
Be accountable for the timely assignment of all sales objectives.
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and document findings for Sales, Operations and Marketing.
Work cross-functionally to provide a seamless customer experience.
Work closely with Leadership to size and define optimal salesforce structure for a competitive advantage (Zones vs. Territories).
Master The 6 Step Sales Process (Integrity Selling - EQ meets IQ) and implement with precision.
Analyze sales operational needs and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies.
Conduct assessments of Key Sales Processes and supporting technologies to identify, quantify and improve sales effectiveness and technology integration.
Monitor and model compensation scenarios to increase advisor income potential.
Establish clear communication methods with each Rent Estate Advisor (meetings, phone, email, text, chat, etc).
Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is visible and communication to the sales organization.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Provide leadership and guidance in dealing with obstacles and opposition to change. Act as a “change agent” to systematically drive and implement process changes throughout the business.

Directs the growth and development of a large, dynamic team of Real Estate Investment Sales and Residential Leasing Agents.
Foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders and other senior executives.
Qualifications
Real Estate license in Nevada
Brokers license in Nevada preferred
3-5 years of experience in Real Estate sales
Experience in sales leadership experience in a business-to-business sales environment
Experience in a sales operation, business planning or sales support management role
A demonstrated leader, focused on the growth and development of our valued agents
Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
