About the Role

We are seeking a skilled, motivated and energetic person to join our Implementation Team as an Implementation Manager.  This role will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of multiple programs for our customers.  This role will have the opportunity to work with teams across Revel, and will work directly with some of the largest companies in healthcare.  This role will facilitate delivering Revel’s programs to both help our customers meet their goals, and encourage their members take action to improve their health.

You Will

• Manage the implementation and launch of multiple concurrent programs on Revel’s SaaS product platform
• Provide clear and consistent communication on the status of implementation projects to both customers and internal stakeholders
• Embrace and adapt to changes as they occur, clearly communicating impacts they may have on programs and finding creative solutions to challenges that may occur
• Communicate technical details of data exchange file formats

• Detail oriented; able to track key information across multiple priorities and multiple projects at the same time

• Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

• Creative; you love finding creative solutions to challenges
• Curious; excited about learning as well as applying critical thinking

You Have 

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
• Multiple years of professional experience in project management or business analyst roles
• Experience working in the software industry, implementing SaaS products for customers
• Experience with software such as Google’s G Suite and standard project management tools
• Familiarity with SQL
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit
