The Claims Support Representative performs a wide variety of claim processing functions ranging from data entry to the handling and distribution of claim checks in accordance with Company policies. Other tasks include the processing of vehicle damage appraisals, posting an array of claim transactions, making system adjustments, and resolving issues for front-line adjusting staff.
Candidates for this position must have good customer service and organizational skills and be able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy
