TENSTREET Data Analyst Salary in the United States

As a Data Analyst at Tenstreet, you will provide analytics that drive continuous business improvements and an even better experience for our clients. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to explore, discover, report on and recommend improvements that will directly create value for our clients.

Who you are:

• You are both a master at analyzing data, but also a technically proficient in writing code and queries to get the data you want to analyze.
• Ability to break down and understand complex business problems.
• You’re a creative thinker who likes to explore and uncover the issues.
• Communicating what you’ve uncovered in a way that can be easily understood by others is one of your strengths.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll provide relevant data-related reports to Tenstreet, including the CEO and other team members.
• You’ll partner with other team members to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• This person will perform data analysis independently and in collaboration with other technical people using a combination of tools. 

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of any relational database such as MySQL.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in applying statistical ideas and methods to data sets to answer business problems.
• Experience with general purpose programming languages (Python, R, etc.).
• Solid oral and written communication skills, especially around analytical concepts and methods.
