Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, performs duties necessary for preparing bills, invoices, statements, and vouchers for payment.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices. Reconciles bills, checks balances, follows up on discrepancies, and maintains vendor files.
• May prepare checks for signature and communicate to vendors.

Requirements

• 2 years experience with and working knowledge of AP/PO accounting modules
• 2+ years of strong computer skills experience, Accounting systems, MS Office (Word, Excel)
• A Strong work ethic
• Possess attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Must a team player and able to multi task
• Ability to perform on a cycle with minimal supervision at times
• Customer Service skills
• Great Plains experience is a plus
