Hourly Wage for WSH MANAGEMENT Maintenance Technician - Apartments - San Pedro/Carson Salary in the United States

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities in San Pedro and Carson. 

WSH Management has managed senior and multi-family properties since we began operations 19 years ago and are very experienced in the management of both Affordable and Market Rate Apartment Communities. We currently manage over 50 properties in Southern California and have over 100 employees.  Come join us!

Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with preparing vacant apartment units for rental and following a planned preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements:

• 2 years facilities/apartment community/maintenance/porter or relevant experience
• Hard working with the desire to obtain on the job training.
• Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screening. (A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment with WSH Management.)

FULL benefit pkg includes:

Full Time:  40 hours per week

Salary: $23.00 per hour
