IT Change Management Analyst III supports and participates in IT change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with minimum disruption of business processes. Analyzes business processes and IT change plans to identify risks or conflicts and evaluate and assess organizational readiness. Being an IT Change Management Analyst III assists in the planning and implementation of IT change projects to modify and improve an organization's IT systems, applications, or processes. Tests and validates IT changes prior to deployment to ensure changes are implemented successfully and meet the organization's standards and requirements. Maintains documentation related to change management processes and coordinates resources, communications, and training to support implementation.
