May perform project research and boundary calculations. In addition, Field Surveyor Technician requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Field Surveyor I surveys and investigates land surfaces to determine precise measurement and location of lines, angles, points, areas, and elevations. Collects field data by using surveying equipment and software. Being a Field Surveyor I performs project research and boundary calculations.
