The LTL (Less Than Truckload) Terminal Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a terminal that handles the shipping and receiving of LTL freight. This includes managing the terminal staff, ensuring efficient and timely loading and unloading of freight, maintaining a safe and organized terminal facility, and meeting customer service and operational goals. The LTL Terminal Manager also plays a key role in managing the terminal's budget, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Additionally, they may be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Driver/Sales Representative operates a vehicle over established route[s] to deliver and sell products. May be expected to render services and collect money from customers. Being a Driver/Sales Representative relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Must be licensed to operate a vehicle.
