Job Description Job Description “This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment)” The Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation seeks an Assistant Director of Development to further philanthropic support for Air Force Athletics. This position will report to the Assistant Athletics Director of Development to assist with the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program for Air Force Athletics. Duties and Responsibilities: Work as part of the Air Force Athletics fundraising team to drive philanthropic resources in support of Air Force Athletics programs and cadet-athletes. Actively work to grow Falcon Athletic Fund membership, increase donor retention and move current donors to higher giving levels. Assist in strategic planning and fulfillment of Annual Fund renewal processes and the Falcon Athletic Fund communication plan. Manage and execute events surrounding fundraising, cultivation and stewardship.
