Work collaboratively with clients to develop a resume, and a person-centered Individual Treatment Plan Assist clients in all phases of job development Will collaborate with client’s mental health treatment teams, the Division of Rehabilitation Services, Maryland Employment Network, and natural supports to coordinate care and treatment.
