Leasing Associate (Part time - Saturday/Sunday) The duties and responsibilities of the Employee shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Display a fundamental understanding of the environmentally advanced features of the property you are marketing. Maintain the property CRM, enter all new leads, schedule appointments, send electronic invitations for property tours, and send follow up remarketing communication from the CRM dashboard. Actively market residential rental units and services to prospective clients through client visits, targeted mail, direct e-mail, telephone calls and fax correspondences. Guide prospective tenants through the rental application process, qualify a prospect based on established guidelines. Follow up with all phone calls and web-based inquires daily. Place weekly ads both print and email as necessary. Cultivate relationships with the brokerage community and human resource contacts at major law firms and financial institutions.
