Responsibilities: Sabre is currently recruiting for a Systems Engineer to work in Lexington Park, MD at NAVAIR. NAVAIR's mission is to provide full life-cycle support of naval aviation aircraft, weapons and systems operated. This support includes research, design, development and systems engineering, acquisition, test and evaluation, training facilities and equipment, repair and modification, and in-service engineering and logistics support. NAVAIR is organized into eight "competencies" or communities of practice including: program management, contracts, research and engineering, test and evaluation, logistics and industrial operations, corporate operations, comptroller and counsel. NAVAIR provides support (through people, processes, tools, training, mission facilities, and core technologies) to Naval Aviation Program Executive Officers (PEOs) and their assigned program managers, who are responsible for meeting the cost, schedule, and performance requirements of their assigned programs

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Readiness Analyst shall maintain cognizance of and provide expertise in key technical readiness and resource issues regarding the policies and programs assigned to the CNAP Readiness Directorate. The Contractor will perform technical analyses, readiness assessments, metrics development, research, special studies, monitoring of unit readiness, online training development, and life cycle maintenance, as required to meet CNAP objectives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Five years of experience in training management or training development. * Five years of experience developing training programs or policies to support Naval Aviation, and experience developing multi-media-based and classroom training tools to support aircraft carrier, squadron, wing, and executive level understanding of Naval Aviation readiness assessment, reporting, policies, and software programs. * Eligible for DoD Secret security clearance * Proficient with Microsoft Office products
