SUMMARY: Install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robots and automated production systems. Drive the continuous improvements of all set up programs and work cell setups. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Install, program, or repair programmable controllers, robot controllers or end-of-arm tools. Align, fit, or assemble component parts using hand tools, power tools and fixtures. Assist in the design, configuration, or application of robotic systems. Develop robotic path motions to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality. Train other personnel to install, use, or maintain robots. Troubleshoots equipment and processes, including mechanical and electrical problem solving. Partners with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure quality of production.
