This full-time hybrid role is based at our West Concord, MA office with approximately 40-50% of the time spent at customer sites. Reporting to the Principal of 621 Energy, this position is responsible for monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of the company’s existing solar PV projects, primarily within Massachusetts. The Operations and Maintenance Lead is responsible for planning, customer communications, documentation, and on-site work for these projects.
