Duties and responsibilities include: Analyze AML system generated alerts against customers' profiles to determine whether the alert requires more review/analysis. SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: The Credit Administration Assistant will be responsible for preparing loan portfolio reports and serve as a back-up to the closing specialist and review loan documentation packages for accuracy before processing the corresponding loans. Additionally, the individual will underwrite credit requests and prepare a credit analysis report on domestic and foreign loans. Initially, the employee will be assigned basic loan requests that represent minimal risk to the Bank and as the employee progresses in mastering the credit underwriting function, the junior analyst will engage in preparing analysis of higher complexity. The employee is expected to reach a full knowledge of credit underwriting before being promoted to the next level position.
