What is a Lettings Assistant?

The Lettings Assistant is responsible for supporting the lettings team in all aspects of the rental process. This includes assisting with property viewings, conducting reference checks on potential tenants, preparing tenancy agreements, and handling any administrative tasks related to the letting process. The Lettings Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all rental properties and ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Additionally, they may be required to liaise with landlords and tenants to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the tenancy. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as a good understanding of the rental market and relevant legislation.
