What is a Lettings Assistant?

The Lettings Assistant is responsible for supporting the lettings team in all aspects of the rental process. This includes assisting with property viewings, conducting reference checks on potential tenants, preparing tenancy agreements, and handling any administrative tasks related to the letting process.
