Demonstrated knowledge of various treatment modalities, including assessment, short-term counseling/therapy strategies, crisis intervention, group therapy processes & approaches, and wellness recovery principles (together with knowledge of stages of recovery, harm reduction approach, and motivational interviewing) in working with clients who have mental health or substance abuse/dependence or co-occurring substance use problems, highly preferred.
