Provides technical support to Vehicle Maintenance operations, by working with engineering on modifications and upgrades to vehicles, developing maintenance standards, procedures and bulletins, assisting Quality Control in the inspection and quality assurance of equipment and materials, providing hand-on guidance to mechanics on the troubleshooting and repair of buses, snowstorm support, and other assigned tasks.
