I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. The transparent bonus structure is something I really appreciate. I appreciate the diversity of perspectives within the organization—it makes for a more dynamic and respectful workplace. Employees are respected and treated fairly, but recognition is infrequent.

While all were professional, the lack of continuity meant repeatedly explaining our needs. This creates a safe and vibrant workplace where you can be your authentic self. I particularly appreciate the profit-sharing program that gives everyone a stake in the company's success. Mentorship programs, frequent check-ins, and clear career tracks make the company stand out. It’s a forward-thinking and employee-centric place to grow a career. The company offers decent training and fair pay, but career advancement can take time without self-advocacy. Encouraging leadership and inclusive space. I always know where I stand and have a clear understanding of how I can improve.
