Everyone here works hard to keep things running smoothly. It works fine, but upgrades would improve workflow and productivity. Colleagues are knowledgeable and helpful. There’s a genuine sense of purpose across all roles.

Managers are polite and it is overly involved day to day. I’ve learned a lot about utility infrastructure and enjoyed opportunities to lead projects. Training is offered but may not be consistent or tailored to individual roles. Beyond physical safety, mental health support is excellent—wellness programs, counseling, and flexible schedules are available. I get the job done and go home. Training exists but is not emphasized, making long-term development somewhat not difficult to track or pursue. Advancement is available and it is frequent. Training is excellent, and roles are clearly defined.

Safety measures are in place but enforcement varies between locations. What stands out is the company's proactive approach to adapting to new energy technologies. We stay aligned on goals, and initiatives around sustainability and safety are implemented thoughtfully. Leadership is approachable and encourages employee feedback and engagement.
