I was pleasantly surprised by the annual bonus. While all were professional, the lack of continuity meant repeatedly explaining our needs. The benefits and compensation are very fair. It’s a refreshing change from previous employers and makes a huge difference in overall job satisfaction for many of us here. Brainstorming sessions are collaborative, and the best ideas are always put into action.

Strong leadership and clear direction from upper management. I am proud of the high ethical standards we uphold and the long-term, positive relationships we build as a result of our integrity. They understand that employees have commitments outside of work and offer support where possible. This safe-to-fail environment encourages creativity and experimentation, which is essential for innovation and long-term success. Managers focus heavily on metrics, which can be limiting for creative thinkers. Leadership promotes innovation and growth.

The focus on people makes the culture thrive. The company does care about its people, but sometimes struggles with implementation. It’s a very reassuring and stable environment to work in. Couldn’t be happier with their performance.
