There’s a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration across departments. I feel a strong sense of job security here. Management tries to be responsive, but some decisions feel disconnected from frontline realities. Our administrator holds monthly innovation meetings where any staff member can propose improvements - many of my suggestions have been implemented. Pay is average, and benefits are acceptable and it is exceptional. After working at larger hospitals, I'm amazed by the efficiency and warmth of our 25-person team. The electronic medical record system works well enough, though some features are outdated.
