This clinic functions well enough, but other staff seem stressed. Work is generally well-organized with clear expectations but lacks excitement or innovation. Care was adequate, but smoother systems would enhance trust and efficiency. It’s a stable job with decent benefits, but it doesn’t offer much excitement. They are always available to provide guidance, share their expertise, and support our career aspirations. I don’t feel particularly challenged, but I don’t feel overwhelmed either. It’s not the most agile company, but it’s dependable.
