Some tools and systems could be modernized. I’ve been with the company for years and consistently feel empowered and appreciated. Room for improvement in employee engagement and development opportunities. Communication is transparent, with regular updates from top leadership. What I appreciate most is how diversity is celebrated through regular events and communications. This balance makes it enjoyable to come to work and collaborate with colleagues who are both experts in their field and great team players. Plenty of work, but recognition is lacking. Excellent training programs prepare employees for long-term success.
