This is a good place to build foundational skills and learn about the industry. My experience at this company has been nothing short of excellent. I’ve had the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with intelligent, driven colleagues. Management has a good system for acknowledging hard work and achievements, which is very motivating. Meaningful work and good guidance.

The work is consistent, and the people are generally friendly and change happens gradually. Plenty of work, but recognition is lacking. The culture is professional but lacks vibrancy. I was pleasantly surprised by the annual bonus. It’s an environment where people can grow and feel supported. Training is available but mostly self-directed. I feel that my opinion truly matters here. This commitment to providing the right resources shows that they value our time and want to empower us to work as productively as possible.

Collaborative environment and great communication. The size, means you actually know your colleagues, which fosters a great, supportive atmosphere. Promotions are possible, and often depend on team structure. Employees are given room to grow, and cross-departmental moves are encouraged. With great employees, they have the resources to handle volume but individual interactions felt transactional.
