Safety protocols are prioritized and well enforced. It won’t excite you, but it likely won’t frustrate you either. Managers are present and easy to talk to. I've taken part in several skills development workshops and internal certification programs. The break areas and cafeteria are clean and comfortable, showing respect for employees' downtime. Promotion is possible but highly competitive. This has been one of the best companies I’ve worked for in manufacturing. Supervisors are approachable, and new ideas are always welcomed during team meetings or project updates.
