Training programs exist but lack consistency and and it can meet all employee needs. The job becomes repetitive over time, but management stays out of the way if targets are met. Managers are often on the floor, talking to employees and understanding the day-to-day operations.

The company invests heavily in state-of-the-art equipment and automation technology, making our jobs safer and more efficient. Training was thorough, and support continued afterward. Overall, it’s a supportive and reliable company to build a long-term manufacturing career with. I’ve learned a lot since joining and appreciate the opportunities to take on new responsibilities. That’s great for consistency, but there’s little room for individual creativity or experimentation.
