It’s a pleasure working with people who clearly take pride in serving their community well. With employees, there are numerous pathways for advancement, whether in administrative roles, teaching, or policy development. There are also many internal opportunities for lateral movement or skill building. Communication is fine, though updates could be more frequent.

The culture is inclusive, respectful, and highly collaborative, encouraging creativity and innovation. Not ideal for employees driven by creativity or entrepreneurial thinking. Procedures are mostly followed, though updates can be delayed. Resources and tools provided support productivity, and the environment promotes learning and inclusiveness. I appreciate the organization's commitment to safety and security, both for employees and for the public or students we serve. I’ve received excellent support for professional development and continuing education. It’s a job that provides structure and consistency but won’t inspire much beyond the core duties. A truly outstanding group of professionals.

Leadership communicates well, but implementation of new ideas takes time. Employee engagement efforts are present but could be improved. Training initiatives are regular and relevant, enhancing skills. Work is structured and calm.
