About La Crosse County Housing Authority
Since 1977, La Crosse County Housing Authority (LCHA) has been providing rental units for families with limited incomes. In 166 manor apartments and 78 duplex apartments, rents are based on adjusted gross income. Twenty-six senior and twenty-four family units are at an established rental rate. Our units are located in Holmen, Onalaska, West Salem, Bangor, Mindoro and on French Island.
